Indemnity

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and benefit from mandatory protections under UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Alternative dispute resolution options may be available through approved schemes but are not compulsory.

If any provision is found invalid the remaining terms continue in full force.
